MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Develop new and maintain existing business relationships
· Take initiative in the development of proposals and presentation for new business materials
· Identify trends and customer needs, building short and long-term sales goals in accordance with targets
· Coordinate with sales & marketing team to generate new ideas on how to grow business and create better brand recognition
· Plan and execute client events and meetings to strengthen relationships
· Attend real estate industry networking events to grow relationships with agents, lenders, etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Prior title experience is not required
H.S. Diploma or equivalent required, college degree a plus.
Prior experience in the real estate industry is advantageous, though not mandatory
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Eagerness to engage with new or potential clients
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Detail oriented and organized
- Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize handling multiple projects with deadlines
- Basic understanding of social media platforms
- Experience in an office/corporate environment with knowledge of basic office equipment (phone, scanner, and copier)
