Job Description: Our client is seeking a talented Manager of Recruitment Marketing to enhance brand awareness, drive social engagement, and generate leads to attract top talent. You will leverage storytelling to promote the value of working at our company, strategically manage channels and messaging, execute campaigns, and measure results.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR leaders to develop strategies for current and future hiring needs in the Americas.
- Amplify the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and employer brand both internally and externally.
- Recommend and support diversity recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Utilize candidate-facing communications, social media, and video to showcase corporate culture and employee experience.
- Audit and optimize the career website and other branding sites.
- Conduct market research and develop employer branding plans for new markets.
- Define target candidate personas and engage brand followers.
- Create and curate content, marketing materials, tools, and guides; manage the marketing calendar.
- Build and maintain a talent network/community.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign results.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment marketing.
- Excellent communication, writing, and influencing skills.
- A collaborative team player with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage workload effectively.
