Job Title: Senior Data and Analytics Consultant

CornerStone Technology Talent Services (TTS) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data and Analytics Consultant for a hybrid opportunity based in Irving, TX. The ideal candidate will be an expert in data-driven decision-making with a strong understanding of the pharmacy and wholesaler landscape. This role is critical in driving business growth through comprehensive data analysis, systems development, and advanced analytics techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Change Agent: Proactively assess long-term pharmacy industry functions and develop systems, databases, and analytic tools to enhance wholesaler relationships.
- Metrics Development: Create customer-level metrics to effectively manage market-differentiating programs.
- Economic Forecasting: Analyze economic impacts of deals, pricing proposals, and initiatives to guide strategic decisions.
- Data Analysis: Utilize SQL and advanced statistical techniques to analyze and report on data, supporting customer growth and business objectives.
- Internal Consulting: Provide consulting on program and product initiatives from a systems design perspective, ensuring alignment with current systems and identifying necessary changes.
- Strategic Contribution: Aid in the development of IT and analytics strategies within the generics business unit.
- Reporting Oversight: Supervise business reporting for various customer segments, continuously seeking process improvements in data and report management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop dynamic pricing strategies and retain a competitive edge.
- Data Quality Management: Troubleshoot data quality issues and analyze requirements to resolve business challenges.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5-6 years of relevant experience in data analysis, database management, and reporting.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in SQL (SQL Server, Snowflake, or Databricks) and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Proficiency in T-SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Reporting Services.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and financial impacts related to pricing strategies.
- Extensive experience with data mining, analysis, and reporting tools (SSRS, Business Objects, Tableau, MicroStrategy).
- Knowledge of R and Python along with data visualization technologies.
- Communication Skills: Ability to present complex pricing and data analysis reports to key stakeholders.
- Education: A degree in a related field, preferably with computer science or programming coursework.
