Alexander Technology Group is working with a local IT Consulting client that is looking to hire a SQL Developer for a 3-6+ Month contract. This role will focus on performance tuning and optimizing their SQL Database that connects to their homegrown ERP (C#.Net).
Requirements:
Must have experience with Microsoft SQL database and working with developers to optimize CRUD actions, advise on proper indexing to avoid deadlocks, etc.
- Help improve existing database design
- Develop and maintain databases
- Write efficient SQL queries and stored procedures
- Data analysis and insights
- Work with the development team to advise on best practices and optimize existing data-driven projects
- Able to analyze existing data and processes to understand and improve undocumented processes
- A strong understanding of SQL Server 2016/2019/2022 is a must
