Responsibilities:
- Onboard and offboard all internal employees
- Register, manage benefits.
- Register, document, and maintain all internal employee records
- Register, manage, and maintain all state requirements for employment
- Register, manage, and maintain all federal requirements for employment
- Discuss and review all HR policies with internal team
- Maintain ongoing relationship including new calls at start of each assignment for external employees
- Manage all work comp and unemployment claims
- Reduce admin work for management which includes projects, managing schedules, booking travel and accommodations and additional administrative tasks
- Manage and maintain all employment verification and garnishments
- Assist with the operational flow of the HR department, creating and updated job descriptions, offer notices, etc
- Assist CEO with a wide range of duties as needed, including day-to-day administrative tasks, and strategic initiatives
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Decisive and results-oriented mindset
- Tech-savvy and proficient in CRM, Adobe, Excel, and Word (preferred)
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while delivering results
- Persuasive, collaborative, and committed to success
- Effective time management skills
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, but not required
Compensation:
Base Salary Starting at $50,000
