You will collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely procurement, production, and distribution. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage supply chain strategies that align with business objectives.
- Oversee procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier relationships.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in supply chain efficiency and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, operations, and finance to ensure alignment on supply chain needs.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and terms.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of supply and minimize disruptions.
- Lead supply chain projects, including process improvements, system implementations, and cost-saving initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain management or related roles.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, procurement, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems).
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing international suppliers and global logistics.
- APICS or other supply chain certification.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Experience in demand forecasting and planning.
