Must Haves:
- 3-4+ years of project coordination/project management, customer service, scheduling, or dispatching
- Experience working with external customers. Will be working and engaging with stakeholder directly.
- Must be comfortable with everyday being different.
- Strong MS Excel skills (be able to work within spreadsheets daily)
- Reliable and motivated for multi-tasking and new work.
- Ability to learn new applications quickly/high computer literacy.
- Must have good multitasking skills.
- Strong organizational skills
- Great communication (written and verbal)
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
Plusses:
- Previous work at a large Telecom/Cable Provider or Field/Telecom/Cable Work (AT&T, Verizon, Comcast, COX, RCN, etc.)

Day to Day:
- A client in Austin, TX is looking for a Telecommunication Project Coordinator to work on a Customer Implementation Project for Wi-Fi upgrades. This individual will be assisting in two teams. the Day 1 Installation team and once installations are completed any work that is needed goes to the Day 2 team. The Day 2 team is responsible for Moves, Adds, and Changes. This Coordinator will be handling multiple projects at the same time that are all in a different stage of life. Each project will not have the same start and end date so this person must be comfortable with handing multiple tasks. The requests come from the end client and this Coordinators job will be to work with the client, field techs, and tech support to ensure the request is completed and finalized. You will be working with multiple proprietary software’s, MS Excel, and Outlook and will be responsible for documentation notes throughout each project.
