Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a LTAC setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on managing illnesses or injuries and maintaining overall health.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Monitor patients' progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
Qualifications:- Active RN license in the state of Delaware or a compact license.
- Minimum 1 year critical illness/LTAC, Med Surg Tele, or ICU experience required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
