We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Dining Services to lead and oversee our food service operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the dining services department, ensuring high-quality food service for residents/patients, employees, and visitors. Key ResponsibilitiesMenu and Recipe Management: Oversee adherence to menus, recipes, and dietary requirements, preparing meals according to prescribed diets and resident/patient requests.Meal Preparation and Service: Ensure timely and accurate preparation and service of meals, snacks, and nourishments, and assess satisfaction with the food served.Personnel Management: Interview, hire, train, and develop staff while maintaining performance standards and adhering to budget and company policies.Quality Improvement: Conduct audits and rounds to identify and implement improvements in customer service, food production, and dining programs.Policy and Compliance: Ensure adherence to Food and Nutrition Services policies, food safety regulations, and maintain regulatory compliance. Qualifications:*High school education or equivalent is required.
