About the Role:
As a Software Quality Assurance Manager (SQA Manager), you'll play a crucial role in overseeing the reliability, functionality, and quality of our warehouse execution software. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and release managers, to design and implement comprehensive test strategies, execute test cases, and identify software defects. Your primary goal will be to guarantee a seamless and efficient warehouse execution system through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development, testing, and deployment of the FulfillX software product
- Identify, report, and track software defects using tools such as Azure Devops or Jira
- Plan tests to acceptance criteria from functional requirements and manually execute test scenarios to pass them
- Mentor Junior QA members
- Triage bugs and help debug
- Write and generate automate tests for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
- Create and maintain documentation including test cases, test data, and reports to ensure traceability and transparency
Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ of software testing
- 4+ year of development
- Experience with SQL, SOAP, API, XML, REST
- Experience with API integration
- Experience with WMS/WES software platforms
- Proven portfolio of projects
- Experience managing teams
Required Skills:
- Experience supporting and developing Warehouse control systems is preferred
- Experience with C#, React, Java, or Selenium preferred
- Experience with coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams through multiple pieces of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Detailed understanding of logistics and IT processes
