Job Title: Sr Business Analyst with Payment & Treasury exp
Location: Plano TX – Need locals only / Onsite role
Duration: 12 months
Required Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on payment and treasury systems.
- Proven experience in project management and process improvement within payment and treasury functions.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of payment processing, treasury management, and financial transaction systems.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, including data modeling, process mapping, and requirement documentation.
- Familiarity with relevant banking software and platforms (e.g., SWIFT, ACH, SEPA, treasury management systems).
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to payment and treasury operations (e.g., AML, KYC, PCI-DSS).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
