The executive team is seeking to attract agile thinkers who are curious and possess an entrepreneurial, growth mindset to join them in creating a best-in-class investment office.
As part of a small dynamic team, the Executive Assistant will support the C-level Investment team (CEO, Chief Investment Officer, CFO) and will have a direct impact on all aspects of the day to day operations and will help foster an open and inclusive culture.
This role will be 4 days a week in the office; flexibility to work from home on Friday.
Scope of Responsibilities:
As a trusted and integral member of a small, collaborative, team within an open plan environment, the Executive Assistant will provide administrative support across the following:
- Calendar Organizing, Email Management, Office Support,
- Complex corporate travel arrangements, including a mix of commercial and private aviation
- Utilize discretion when carrying out unique, sensitive or confidential duties.
- Prioritize and streamline time-sensitive correspondence
- Greet and direct all incoming calls; interact with visitors, other executives, and all levels of management internally and externally.
- Coordinate all meetings, offsites, and appointments via face-to-face, travel or conference calls
- Utilize advanced data analytics and visualization skills to support performance reporting
- Ad hoc projects
Candidate Attributes:
- Bachelors degree with prior experience in (or strong interest in learning about) financial services and investment products.
- A continuous learning and improvement mindset,
- Self-aware and confident in their communication,
- Ability to effectively prioritize, as well as a strong track record of getting things done.
- comfortable with ambiguity and possess an entrepreneurial and innovative mind set combined with foresight and a pragmatic approach.
- Familiarity with data visualization and automation tools including SQL, Python, and PowerBi, a plus
