- "5-7 years of manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering experience, ideally in an electro-mechanical, industrial procust manufacturing assembly environment
- Lean manufacturing, Total quality management, Kaizen, 5s, Material tracking - Kanban, Poke - Yoka etc.
- Improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity, and improve cycle time.
- high volume and high mix production environment
- VSM
- Video based time studies
- VA / NVA / RNVA analysis
- Line Balancing Studies using Yamazumi charts
- SOP, Work Instructions,
- capacity calculation, manpower utilization and cell utilization
- Analyse bottleneck in the process, understand current challenges and projects in place to improve performance
- Material and internal supply logistics study and identify wastes in current process
- Propose process improvements to reduce the indirect labour cost
- Implementing the Process improvements
