Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of media plans across digital, social, and traditional channels (e.g., display, search, video, programmatic).
- Conduct market and audience research to inform media strategy and identify the best platforms for client campaigns.
- Support the senior media planners and account teams in gathering data, evaluating media performance, and optimizing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign pacing, performance, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery and results against KPIs.
- Collaborate with media vendors, buying teams, and creative agencies to coordinate media placement.
- Prepare client-facing reports and presentations with insights and recommendations based on campaign data.
- Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging media technologies to contribute fresh ideas to campaign strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in media planning, buying, or a related marketing field (internships count).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a comfort level working with data and metrics.
- Proficiency in media planning tools and software (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, DV360).
- Familiarity with digital media channels such as paid search, social media, programmatic, and display advertising.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within a performance marketing agency or a related field.
