You will collaborate globally with teams in engineering, production, purchasing, and field services to improve product performance and meet customer satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Detect and analyze customer quality issues early using data and analytics.
- Prioritize and coordinate quality actions across engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing.
- Drive rapid solutions for field issues and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Lead and support quality initiatives during the transition from project to production.
- Communicate product quality updates and customer satisfaction reports within the company.
- Identify potential safety concerns and escalate them as needed.
Team and Role
You will be part of the Product Quality team, supporting my client's truck products in North America. This role can be based in either Greensboro, NC, or Hagerstown, MD, with occasional domestic or international travel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Strong skills in data analysis and statistical concepts.
- Experience in aftermarket support and cross-functional team leadership.
- Excellent communication skills and global work experience are a plus.
