**This position is on-site only; remote work is not available.
We are looking to fill a Construction Administrator position at RKAA Architects. To be considered, you must have construction industry experience.
Responsibilities:
· You will be performing construction administration duties while RKAA’s projects are under construction
· You will be responsible for performing quality assurance/quality control review of construction documents during and after project completion
· During the construction process, you will perform regular on-site construction observation and document the construction process with images, etc.
· You will be responsible for reviewing and responding to all RFI’s, shop drawings and submittals for your projects
· You will be reviewing and approving payment applications
· At the end of the project construction timeline, you will be responsible for performing a punch list and writing up findings for each project
Requirements:
· A minimum of 3 years of professional architectural/construction work experience
· An in-depth knowledge of building codes, standards, and procedures
· An in-depth knowledge of building construction and multiple construction methods
Signing Bonus:
· ‘$1,000 Signing Bonus’ for new hires upon successful completion of 90 calendar days and a satisfactory performance review by management
Salary:
· Your compensation will be based on your experience
