Our client is seeking an Field Support Tech for a 6 month contract on W2. This role is onsite to Cleveland OH 44113.

- Desktop support helping a wide range of end users
- Responding to tickets
- Maintaining office technology
- Front facing customer service
- Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level
- Backend office MS Office Support
- MS Intune
- Active Directory
- Remote management
- Incident Request Management
Systems/Software proficiencies: MS Intune, Ticketing Systems, MS Office Suite
Level of Education: H.S Diploma
Top Must have Skills:
- Experience with Remote software tools, Lifecycle management
- Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level
