The Role:
An exciting opportunity is now available for an energetic, passionate and hardworking Operations Manager to join a high-performing team
The focus of this diverse role will be to grow, lead and manage the business, which currently has a reputation as an expert in the restoration/cleaning market and is growing into new areas such as insurance and construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operations, compliance and financial objections with a key focus on leadership, business management, business development and account management.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day workflow & operations of the business
- Establish, manage & ensure the business meets/exceeds financial goals & objectives
- Assist with the growth of the business into new sectors, such as insurance & construction
- Meet SLA & KPI requirements driving performance expectations
- Manage & ensure all staff are compliant with KPI’s
- Ensure the compliance of all works completed
- Ensure all work conforms to legislative & contractual requirements

Key Selection Criteria:
- Construction background with a General Contracting license
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience in a business manager / senior manager position
- Background in the insurance building industry, preferred
- Have competent computer skills including Microsoft suite.
- Background in the Emergency Restoration Industry Essential
- Previous Xactimate experience, highly regarded
- Positive attitude, sound work ethic & dependable
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to build effective relationships & be empathetic to the needs of the client
- Ability to manage multiple & competing priorities
- Excellent organisational & time management skills
- Confident & professional phone manner
- Dispute resolution skills
- Experience in & demonstrated understanding of OHS rules & regulation
- WRT, ASD, FRST & AMRT Qualifications highly desirable
- Familiarity with legislations & regulations of the industry
- Familiarity with current market rates & trades
- Valid motor vehicle licence
