About the Role:
A SERVPRO Project Manager is responsible for managing a wide range of functions necessary to obtain and successfully execute restoration projects. They are responsible for ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, and company employees involved in mitigation services.
Responsibilities:
- Work under the direction of the General Manager
- Manager fire/water damage projects. Including but not limited to: Timely communication/Estimating/Invoicing
- Communicate scheduling needs with operation team
- Maintain and build relationships within the industry
- Join the on-call rotation with fellow PM’s
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
