An entertainment company in Greenwood Village is seeking an IT Support Manager to join their team! This individual will be responsible for hiring, training, and developing the team to meet the unique demands of the entertainment and media industry. They will oversee daily IT support operations, manage service desk activities, resolve complex technical issues, and ensure exceptional service levels. Utilizing a user-centric approach, they will provide outstanding customer service and support requests promptly. Additionally, they will develop and oversee budgets related to IT support operations, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising service quality. This person will also analyze and monitor KPI's and service metrics to identify areas for improvement and performance tracking. This role requires availability after hours and weekends as needed and carrying a mobile device with the potential for rotating on-call duty. This role offers an hourly rate of $48/hr.
