Position: Dynamics 365 Financial Systems Support Manager
Location: San Diego, hybrid or occasional travel onsite
Duration: 12 months
Rate: $60-100/hour depending on experience
About the role:
-Microsoft D365 and ISV system administration and product support
-System implementation and change management controls experience desired
Experience/Skills required :
- Strong knowledge of behind-the-scenes setup, troubleshooting, and system administration for the following D365 modules: GL, AP, Tax, Project Management and Accounting, Procurement, Sourcing, Inventory Management, Fixed Assets, Cash and Bank, Workflow rules and governance.
- Expertise in troubleshooting OCR invoice scanning tools and invoice processing systems (ExFlow/Readsoft).
- Proficient in resolving issues with cash and banking interfaces within D365/Treasury Management Systems (Reval/Kyriba/Banks).
- Ideally, experience with SK Global's Treasury Automation Suite, integrated with D365 for AP payment cycle and cash accounting automation.
- Familiarity with work order management tools (Dynaway) and ability to troubleshoot and support business users.
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and Azure DevOps in a support technician capacity.
