We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Order Processing Specialist to ensure smooth order flow through the Methuen, MA facility. This is an onsite position where you will be responsible for preparing job orders, coordinating production requirements, and maintaining accurate records while communicating with internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with management, sales, and customers to retrieve and relay order details
- Assist Accounts Receivables with researching customer payment issues
- Prepare and manage job orders, including specifications, factory tickets, and approvals
- Use the ASI system for order processing, acknowledgments, factory tickets, invoices, and shipping documentation
- Manage customer inventories, work-in-progress, and receivables
- Request quotes and process job orders with proper specifications and approved samples.
- Assist with graphics, ink matches, and structure approvals when necessary
- Handle logistics, including obtaining freight quotes, scheduling pickups, and determining shipping details
- Maintain customer sample files and obsolete material requests
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with Order Entry preferably within manufacturing printing environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; knowledge of job shop systems preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
