Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager to join our team in the finance industry. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and strong organizational skills. This is a permanent position that plays a critical role in coordinating and maintaining the office, supporting the execs/owners.
Responsibilities:
- Guest Relations and Office Management
- Set up and break down conference room meetings.
- Order and stock office supplies, ensuring the office runs smoothly.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.
- Coordinate lunch orders from the caterer and manage meal logistics.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Administrative Support
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (some college required).
- A minimum of 3 years of proven administrative experience.
- Experience supporting senior managers or c-suite level execs highly preferred.
Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Soft-spoken with a calm, professional, and polished demeanor.
- Strong calendar management and time management skills.
