Experience and Qualifications:
· 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Workday Financials Analyst supporting a full suite of Workday Finance SKUs.
· 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting complex Workday integrations.
· 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting complex Workday security.
· Proven ability to hit the ground running and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience working on diverse, cross-functional teams, leading the elicitation of business requirements, analyzing information skillfully, developing solutions, and making recommendations to solve complex business problems.
· Excellent communication skills, including group presentation and facilitation.
· Ability to employ active listening and be clear and positive during consensus building.
· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
· Ability to troubleshoot highly complex problems within the Finance Workday environment.
· Expertise with Office 365 tooling, MS Teams, and Visio.
· Smartsheet experience is a bonus.
· Understanding of change management (mindsets and behaviors).
