The SAP IT Business Partner will collaborate with key business stakeholders within our organization to manage all key aspects of G&A systems. This person must have experience managing multiple initiatives concurrently. This is a strategic and tactical position that requires expertise with SAP S4 and Ariba. The candidate should have a broad understanding of Financial, Legal and HR systems. Analytical, detail-oriented with a collaborative and diplomatic personality will be best suited for this role. This role will pay between $75 to 90 per hour. No corp to corp allowed as this is an temp to perm role.
Responsibilities:
- Hands on experience using and administering SAP S4 HANA is required. Ideally the candidate would have some experience administering Ariba.
- Experience managing IT systems for Finance, Legal, and HR teams using SAP S4, Ariba, SAP Employee Central, ADP.
- Provide solution recommendations, options, and pros/cons of potential changes to system landscape, implementation scope and functional solutions.
- Act as an advocate for business needs and help drive alignment between technology solutions and business objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships, including reviewing Statements of Work, estimating project costs, and holding vendors accountable for prioritized deliverables.
- Overseeing development, maintenance and support for specific applications and processes.
- Lead user-adoption initiatives and change management process.
- Support users with application questions and resolving bugs.
- Solve problems and provide practical solutions to issues.
- Maintain excellent relationships with all levels of the organization.
- Display professionalism, quality customer service and a “can do” attitude with individuals in various departments as well as external constituents and vendors.
Required Education/ Experience and Skills:
- Bachelors degree with at least 6+ years IT experience
- Candidate must have 5+ years of hands on experience managing and configuring SAP 4 HANA and Ariba
- Solid understanding of system integrations and ETL across global enterprise-wide systems
- Experience working in a global organization
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong planning, organizing, and coordinating skills
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
