Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Coffee Machine Service Driver to join our team. This role involves delivering coffee supplies, servicing coffee machines, and ensuring that our clients' coffee systems are fully operational and stocked. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery and Installation: Safely transport and deliver coffee supplies, including coffee beans, filters, and other necessary items, to assigned client locations. Install and set up coffee machines as needed.
- Machine Servicing: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on coffee machines to ensure they are operating efficiently. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels at client locations, ensuring that all coffee-related supplies are adequately stocked. Report any inventory shortages to management.
- Client Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, addressing any concerns or questions, and ensuring their satisfaction with the coffee service.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, services performed, and inventory levels. Complete all required paperwork promptly.
- Route Management: Plan and follow an efficient route to service assigned locations, ensuring timely deliveries and service.
- Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while operating the delivery vehicle and servicing equipment.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in a delivery or service role is preferred.
- Basic mechanical skills and the ability to perform minor repairs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Environment:
- This position requires driving for extended periods.
- Frequent lifting, bending, and carrying of supplies and equipment.
- Interaction with clients at various locations.
