Job Title: Design Program Manager
Location: Bellevue, WA; San Jose, CA; or Portland, OR (Hybrid)
Duration: 4 Months
Contract Type: W2 only
Pay Rate: $75 - $81.00/Hour
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with design leadership to enhance process efficiency, communication, operations, and management.
- Lead the design process and operations for biannual planning cycles.
- Seize the opportunity to master airtable as we integrate this tool into our processes.
- Foster transparency among design teams, cross-functional partners, and third-party agencies.
- Engage in special projects alongside fellow design program managers to drive innovation and best practices.
Required Skills:
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in design program management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse groups with confidence and insight.
- A user experience background is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in ecommerce environments will be considered a significant asset
