Introduction to Ticket Attendant
Ticket Attendant is a Chicago-based technology company pursuing opportunities in the live sports, theater, and concert marketplaces. Headquartered in Wicker Park, our mission is to build automated solutions for our client base of secondary market ticket sellers, as well as capitalize on market inefficiencies as a technology provider.
The events marketplace is ever-changing, and we embrace this complexity as an opportunity! Our clients are ticket brokers, and our partners are secondary marketplaces (Stubhub, Vivid Seats, Ticketmaster). Both groups are exceedingly entrepreneurial, as are the members of the Ticket Attendant team who have excelled. TA facilitates approximately 3% of all secondary ticket sales in the US, and we’re looking for highly motivated individuals to help grow our market share. We’re currently a team of 40 people and are on track to continue doubling our size every 2 years.
