Role - Level 1 Application Support engineer ( 6 - 9 Years)
Job Description:
• Good experience in 24X7 Production support
• Knowledge in P1/P2 (Sev1, Sev2) handling
• Hands on experience in trouble shooting issue as needed using .net/ any other programming language (mandatory)
• Experience in writing SQL for queries data as needed
• Daily joining HOTO calls and cross flow interaction
• Good Problem-solving skills and analytical ability for root cause analysis
• Ownership of the work assigned in terms of quality and timelines.
• Participate in customer interaction and follow-up.
