Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney
Our client is an Am law firm, seeking an IP litigation associate for its Atlanta, Philadelphia, New York, DC, or Phoenix offices. The salary range for this position in New York and DC will be $245k to $300k.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of of IP litigation experience, which includes patent, trade secret, trademark, and copyright litigation.
- Background in software or electrical engineering is preferred [not required].
- USPTO membership is preferred [not required].
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong writing, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Team player; strong client-interfacing skills.
