Position: Level II Systems Engineer
Location: Noblesville, IN (Onsite role)
The Level II Systems Engineer will be responsible for addressing and resolving service tickets assigned by the Service Coordinator. The role involves providing technical support both remotely and onsite for desktop and user-related issues through phone, email, and remote access tools. Additionally, the Level II Systems Engineer will maintain accurate and up-to-date customer network documentation and adhere to established company procedures.
About the Role:
Provide remote and onsite support for desktop and user issues using phone, email, and remote access tools. Document all work thoroughly and promptly upon task completion. Assist in maintaining detailed customer network documentation. Escalate service issues and emergency situations to the Service Coordinator and Service Manager as appropriate. Follow company guidelines for time entry and service documentation. Communicate effectively with clients to resolve support issues and maintain positive client relations. Participate in team meetings and training sessions. Relay client requests for additional services or equipment to the appropriate coordinator. Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and report any potential concerns to the Service Coordinator.

Qualifications:
Experience working with Microsoft 365 and Managed Service Providers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, verified through testing.
Associate degree in a computer-related discipline or equivalent IT support experience.
Knowledge of current business hardware, software, and mobile devices.
Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
Pay range and compensation package:
