Position: Director of Distribution
Salary: $125-135k base plus bonus
Location: Dayton, OH area
Description

Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience as the #1 or #2 leader in a large retail DC
- Have managed large distribution teams north of 200 employees along with salaried managers and supervisors
- Strong tenure with organizations
- Flexible on relocation for future advancement opportunities
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred
