Job Title-Recruiting Coordinator
Location- San Diego, California (hybrid position)
US Citizenship required
The Recruiting coordinator responsibilities entail everything from posting open positions to job boards, conducting initial phone screens with candidates, coordinate candidate travel, maintain calendars and schedule interviews, creating offer letters, conducting background checks, maintaining applicant file systems, assist Recruiter with advertising, employee referrals, and job fairs. Other duties as necessary.
Qualifications Required:
Minimum 1 plus years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a government consulting firm or other professional environment
Experience working as a recruiting coordinator, including scheduling candidate interviews
Bachelor’s degree
Possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Be articulate in all verbal and written communications
Have the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
Microsoft Office Suite
Workday experience preferred
Be highly organized with strong attention to detail
Schedule virtual interviews using MS Outlook
Calling candidates to schedule and confirm their interviews
Attend team meetings as needed
