POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead Yardi software implementations for senior housing clients. This full-time, hybrid role based out of NYC involves managing all aspects of Yardi software projects, ensuring optimal performance, and providing ongoing support.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead implementation and configuration of Yardi software for senior housing company.
- Customize and enhance Yardi functionalities to meet company-specific needs.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and timelines.
- Conduct training sessions to maximize software utilization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and Yardi features.
- Serve as a Yardi subject matter expert, offering guidance and recommendations.
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Yardi software, focusing on senior housing.
- Proven success in managing end-to-end Yardi implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, etc.)
- In-depth understanding of senior housing operations and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Yardi Voyager, Yardi EHR, and Yardi Senior Living Suite.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
