A health services network in New York City is currently seeking an experienced, licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join one of their growing private practices in Brooklyn.

Responsibilities:
The Nurse Manager will be responsible for:
- Manage the entire clinical operations of the facility, including all of the clinical staff at the facility
- Oversee nursing services, daily clinical staffing, and the efficient flow of patients through the endoscopic experience
- Oversee fiscal management of clinical supplies and staff as well as ensure that all policies are followed
- Act as an active member of the Continuous Quality Improvement, Risk Management, Infection Control, and Safety Committees
- Organize and manage all manuals and studies necessary for continued certification and accreditation, maintaining appropriate documentation
- Take on the role of an Admitting Nurse, Procedural Nurse, or Recovery Room Nurse, as needed
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent college degree
- Current NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
- ACLS certified
- Prior experience in a Management role
- Current experience in GI diagnostic procedures
- Computer savvy, including Microsoft Office proficient (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
Desired Skills:
- Current membership in SGNA
- Supervisory experience in Infection Prevention and/or Quality Control Services
- Familiarity with state, Medicare, AAAHC, and Joint Commission accreditation
