We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4 HANA FICO Consultant with strong expertise in S/4 HANA Rise Public Cloud to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) modules within the context of S/4 HANA and experience with deploying and managing SAP systems in a public cloud environment.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation and Configuration: Lead and perform the configuration and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA FICO modules (Financial Accounting, Controlling) in S/4 HANA Rise Public Cloud.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to design SAP FICO solutions that align with business requirements and optimize the use of SAP S/4 HANA capabilities.
- Cloud Integration: Integrate S/4 HANA Rise Public Cloud with other enterprise systems and cloud solutions (e.g., third-party applications, reporting tools).
- Business Process Transformation: Work with cross-functional teams to streamline and enhance financial and controlling processes using S/4 HANA FICO best practices.
- Customization and Enhancement: Design and deliver custom enhancements to meet unique business requirements while ensuring scalability and performance within the public cloud environment.
- Data Migration: Lead data migration efforts, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial and controlling data during the transition to S/4 HANA.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users, managing expectations and providing expert guidance on SAP FICO functionality and cloud-based solutions.
- Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and ongoing support to resolve issues post-implementation, ensuring smooth operations in the cloud environment.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure solutions comply with financial regulations, industry standards, and company policies, with particular attention to security in the cloud.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of SAP FICO experience, with at least 2+ years working with SAP S/4 HANA. Experience in S/4 HANA Rise Public Cloud implementation is a must.
- Cloud Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of S/4 HANA Rise Public Cloud, including deployment models, cloud architecture, and integration capabilities.
- Financial Expertise: Strong understanding of financial processes (e.g., general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, asset accounting, profitability analysis) and controlling processes (cost center accounting, profit center accounting, internal orders).
- Technical Skills: Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP Activate methodology, data migration tools, and integrating with cloud solutions.
- Certifications: SAP S/4 HANA Finance or FICO certification is a plus. Experience with SAP certifications in cloud technologies or public cloud management is desirable.
- Problem-solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex configuration and integration issues, particularly in the cloud environment.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
