The Role
To better leverage its scale and support future growth, the company is looking to hire a new Director of Production and Compounding for their Groveport, OH manufacturing facility. The role will own site production and compounding for the facility producing personal care products for large CPG customers. The central mandate for the role is to support site growth and customer satisfaction by instilling and implementing operational discipline to improve productivity, quality, customer service, and reduction in overall operating cost. The ideal candidate will possess: (1) manufacturing leadership experience in an FDA/GMP regulated environment managing frontline operations across multiple product lines; (2) functional expertise in manufacturing and ideally depth in continuous improvement and lean; and (3) the leadership weight, maturity and entrepreneurial spirit to drive results in a high-growth, investor-backed environment. The Director will report directly to the VP/Site Lead and will be based on-site in Groveport, OH (Columbus area).
