Role Description
This is a full-time/art-time fully remote role for a Virtual Assistant at the Minnesota Department of Health in St Paul, MN. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing calendars, organizing files, responding to emails and phone calls, and assisting with special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in office administration or related field
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Knowledge of public health processes is a plus
