HRIS Manager
Location: Dallas, TX 75251
Work Schedule: 100% Onsite, Monday - Friday
Overview:
Join our HR team, where 50% of your role will focus on managing and optimizing our UKG systems, including UKG PRO and UKG Ready (Payroll, Time & Attendance, Analytics, Reporting, HR Management). The remaining 50% will involve traditional HR management responsibilities. We seek a candidate with strong experience in UKG systems management, vendor and data management, reporting, and system reviews, combined with traditional HR skills such as compliance, reporting, process development, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
Systems Management (50%):
- UKG Systems Expertise: Manage and optimize UKG PRO and UKG Ready systems. Ensure efficient payroll, time & attendance, analytics, reporting, and HR management.
- Vendor Management: Handle relationships with vendors, ensuring effective data flow and file feeds.
- System Review & Implementation: Evaluate UKG ATS and other systems, including potential implementation and integration.
- Data & Reporting: Analyze and manage data, generate insightful reports, and ensure accurate file feeds.
- Performance Management Systems: Review and recommend performance management systems.
Traditional HR Management (50%):
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with all reporting requirements, including AAPs, EEO-1, and Vets filings. Experience with affirmative action plans, EEO filings, and OFCCP compliance is essential.
- HR Insights: Provide analytical insights into attrition, staffing, and other key metrics. Develop comprehensive people dashboards and reports.
- Process & Policy Development: Create and manage HR processes and policies, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
- AI & Efficiency: Explore AI solutions to enhance efficiency and employee engagement.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance on HR practices, policies, and programs. Assist with employee investigations and performance management.
- Training & Development: Develop and deliver training programs on HR topics, including new hire orientation, performance management, and career planning.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and engagement programs.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline required.
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR generalist or manager experience with solid knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws.
- Strong experience with UKG systems management is a must.
- Experience with iCIMS (current ATS) is a plus.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data, provide business recommendations, and implement innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer-focused attitude.
- Proficient in HRIS, ATS systems, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.
