Calo Programs, a leading residential treatment center for 9- to 18-year-olds impacted by developmental trauma and attachment issues, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Special Education Teacher / IEP coordinator to join our Lake Ozark, Missouri academic team. About 1/6 of our students have IEPs when they enroll with us, but most of them certainly could qualify for an IEP. Just about every student at some time here has trouble regulating their emotions enough to attend class or to stay in class. So most of our students could qualify for IEPs with an emotional disturbance. Through our relational based treatment model our students receive the attention to soothe the fears and anxieties adopted kids struggle with in a regular classroom.
