Technical Training Designer
Location: San Francisco, Hybrid
Contract: Thru end of year to start
Rate: $75+
The Delivery Global Commercial Training & Enablement team is responsible for providing product, process, and sales skills training and development to the thousands of commercial teams members across the world who connect our merchants with our wide product suite. This role will support our last-mile delivery services, and specifically will support ensuring our commercial teams have relevant training and enablement resources related to the technical aspects of our product.
About this role:
- Create training materials for our commercial teams that translate technical features into simplified, end-user friendly terms. These materials may be delivered via elearnings, instructor-led courses, videos, etc.
- Interview commercial teams around the globe to better understand their questions and challenges, and work to provide documentation and FAQs that answer their questions.
- Partner with commercial team managers to create and maintain global sales plays and merchant-facing scripts that translate technical product features into value for our merchants.
- Maintain the knowledge base and ensure reference materials are accurate and up-to-date.
Your Experience:
- Ability to translate complex technical products into simple, end-user terminology and concepts
- Experience in providing training and support resources for commercial teams (e.g., sellers, account managers, client partners, managers, etc.), specifically related to software, hardware, or other technically complex solutions
- Experience facilitating technical training for SMB and ENT sellers at a global scale
- Previous creation of playbooks and product reference material for commercial teams related to technical products
- Experience in using a variety of training and enablement tools, including SCORM builders (specifically required Articulate RISE; nice-to-have experience with Brainshark)
- Learning Management or Sales Enablement platform experience, both creating courses, learning paths, and other administrative activities
