You will design, develop and implement maintenance strategies and reliability programmes, while managing an expert team of Engineers to help the site achieve it’s goals.
This role would suit a Reliability Engineering Manager looking to step up into a senior role in a massive company, gain training opportunities and maximize earnings with bonuses.
The Role:
- Lead efficiency functions for the plants, implementing standard processes and procedures
- Manage and mentor a team of Reliability Engineers
- Monday – Thursday 40-hour work week, flexible hours
