Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via Zendesk, addressing order-related questions promptly, handling product inquiries, and resolving complaints or concerns through both email and chat.
- Answer customer service phone calls, providing information about orders, placing orders, processing payments, and assisting with website or product-related inquiries.
- Track orders and coordinate communication with shipping carriers.
- Manage return processes, including providing shipping labels, checking in returned items, and issuing refunds.
- Utilize various software systems to document customer interactions and solutions provided.
- Collaborate with the team and management to identify areas for improvement, recurring issues, and emerging trends.
- Assist with general customer service duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is required. Retail/Restaurant experience is acceptable.
- Experience with Zendesk is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong capacity to learn, retain, and communicate product knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on solutions.
Additional Info:
- Pay: $20-$23/hr
- Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
- Location: In-office 100%
- Duration: Temporary contract starting 10/14 or 11/4 through February.
