Digital Product Analyst - Contract – Raleigh, NC – $53.00 - $60.00/hr.

Our client is seeking a Digital Product Analyst in Raleigh, NC.
Role Description
• Business Case Development – Solicit, document, and refine business requirements, to solve business problems and identify improvement opportunities. Ensuring clear understanding is achieved, while operating with both a strategic and analytical mindset.
• Project Execution – Work closely with Digital team members in a high-paced matrixed environment to implement assigned initiatives. Act as liaison to Product Manager to quickly resolve potential blockers. Partner with Program Delivery, Technology and QA teams to develop robust testing and approval criteria.
• Data Analysis – Leverage combination of internal metrics and industry trends to aid in decision making. Aggregate data from user feedback from online, contact center, and other channels to aid in business case development. Establish ongoing metric requirements for post implementation tracking to measure effectiveness.
• Collaboration – Partner with resources across Digital team on day-to-day bases. With an emphasis on fostering teamwork and compromise, while driving to a common goal.
• Communication – Responsible for development of internal and external communication plans. Partnering across the team to accurately assess change management requirements, organizational readiness, and external/marketing content as needed.
• Mentoring – Provide mentorship, coaching, and training to other members of Product team.
Skills & Requirements
• 5 years minimum experience working in large, enterprise level programs/projects, must have a background working on Digital domains.
• Strong preference is for someone to come out of the banking/financial industry given they’ll be able to hit the ground running
• Proven ability to define and solve complex business problems, leveraging best in class technical solutions.
• Strong experience working between multiple projects simultaneously, with varied degrees of complexity and duration.
• Experience in Product Development Lifecycle, ideally within an Agile framework.
• Excellent communication, written and oral.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years Digital Banking Services and Financial Institution experience OR High School Diploma or GED and 10+ years Digital Banking Services and Financial Institution experience.
