Required Skills & Experience
*Government Clearance required to start*
- Q Clearance Required; or DoD Top Secret to expedite the process of getting a DOE Q clearance
- 2 years’ experience in Technical Support & associate’s degree
- Experience working with Active Directory ticketing system
- Experience troubleshooting IT software and hardware issues
- Ability to support VIP customers via phone, email, chat, remote sessions, or in person on the site with IT issues
- Experience with identifying possible cause of system performance and mitigation of issues or escalation as needed
- Great customer service
- Experience with query and documentation of IT incidents
