Laminating Equipment Operator
Our client, a prominent packaging company specializing in eco-friendly, customized packaging solutions is looking for a skilled Laminating Equipment Operator. This role involves setting up and operating machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently, conducting quality checks, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

Focus:
- Set up and operate machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently and without supervision.
- Load and unload rolls onto and off the press, ensuring proper labeling and tracking.
- Conduct quality checks on each roll to maintain correct adhesive weights.
- Inspect glue to ensure it meets required specifications.
- Perform machine cleaning and maintenance to ensure operability.
- Keep the work area clean and orderly.
- Maintain the condition of the machine and work area.
- Adhere to housekeeping standards.
- Follow all safety protocols.
Skill Set:
- Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards.
- At least 2 years of directly related experience.
- Proficiency in reading and writing English.
- Ability to understand and follow safety procedures.
- Knowledge of operating and maintaining equipment.
- Capability to lead and train other staff members.
- Skilled in preparing routine administrative paperwork.
- Physical capability to lift and manipulate heavy objects.
- Basic arithmetic skills.
- Ability to detect and report issues to the appropriate personnel.
