Job Title – Commercial Litigation Attorney
Package - $280,000+ basic Salary + bonus/benefits (dependant on seniority)

Role Overview:
Seeking an Experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to represent clients in all matters regarding general commercial litigation issues. (This is a not partnership track role)
Responsibilities:
- 7+ years’ Experience in General Commercial Litigation Law.
- Counselling and Litigating on matters in complex world of business and commerce. The primary focus and job of our commercial L:itigation Attorneys are to advise and litigate for clients on contract terms, draft documents, and oversee the process of transactions. In addition to drafting and negotiating contracts, their expertise should span across litigation, intellectual property protection, and franchising laws.
Requirements:
- 7+ years’ experience in Labor and Employment Law. (BigLaw ideal)
- Candidates will have strong academic skills proven track record in drafting documents, great communication skills.
- 1700+billable hour requirement
- This is an office based role with a liberal hybrid schedule
