Executive Assistant
Top financial services client located in Malvern seeks an Executive Assistant to support their Chief Human Resources Officer.
The incumbent will be responsible for daily executive administration along with HR support. Excellent opportunity to take on additional HR responsibilities over time.
Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support for CHRO
- Extensive calendar management
- Scheduling meetings, calls & events
- Domestic and international travel planning to include flights, hotels, transportation, and itinerary
- Expense and budget reporting
- Preparation of reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documents as needed
- HR Administration – benefits administration, HR reporting, assistance with offer letters & new hire procedures.
- Manage additional projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree strongly preferred
- 10 + years of administrative experience, 5 years of C-level support
- 2+ years of HR support
- Financial services experience preferred
- Strong technical experience; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work with discretion and confidentiality
- Strong communication, organizational, time management and problem solving skills
- Desire to be flexible and wear multiple hats
Additional Details
This role is in office with option to WFH most Fridays
Salary – market
The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
