Job Description/Responsibilities:
Have strong experience of Varicent, SSIS and SQL with atleast 7+ years of experience
Have experience of SaaS migration or migrating applications from On-prem to Cloud
Required to coordinate with Varicent product team, client teams, and drive the Op-Prem to SaaS upgrade
Required to Plan the upgrade and communicate the status with associated risks/issues to client leadership
Experience of AWS cloud with S3 buckets is an added advantage
Gather, Analyze and Document business requirements. Configure Varicent solutions to align with business requirements
Optimize Varicent models, rules, and workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency in compensation calculations
Good knowledge of Design, Development and migrations
Good knowledge of SQL, ability to write code and trouble shoot
Good working experience of different type of files (import/export), ELT, ETL, Creating pipelines, and API’s
Good working knowledge on SSIS packages
Ability to troubleshoot issues and performance optimizations. Should possess good analytical skills
Good coordination, verbal & written communication skills. Have working experience with Client technical team and business teams
