Salary: Up to $125,000 + 15% Bonus

As the Quality Manager, you'll have full accountability for driving the quality and food safety agenda. You'll set the standards and ensure they’re met, leading your team to deliver top-tier quality products every time. Working closely with production, technical, and supply chain teams, you’ll ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements while continuously improving processes.
With a key role in audits, you'll prepare for and lead both internal and external audits. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining and developing the QMS, and proactively managing any changes.
